منصات تطبيق مستقل، غير تابع لوزارة التعليم ولا لأي منصة يفتحها (مدرستي، ونور، وعين، وفارس، ونمو، وكلاسيرا)، والأسماء لأصحابها.

2ماذا يفعل التطبيق

• يفتح مدرستي (schools.madrasati.sa، وexternal.madrasati.sa للمدارس بالخارج) ونظام نور (noor.moe.gov.sa) داخل التطبيق، وتسجيل الدخول فيهما يكون بنفسك.
• بعد موافقتك، يحضّر دروس الأسبوع في مدرستي من صفحاتها نفسها، كالتحضير اليدوي.
• يفتح عين وفارس ونمو وكلاسيرا في متصفح جوالك، لا داخل التطبيق.
• ينشئ على جوالك ملفات PDF: الخطة الأسبوعية، وتحضير الدرس، وأوراق العمل وبطاقات الخروج، وتوزيع المنهج، وملف الإنجاز.

3ما يُحفظ على جوالك

يحفظ التطبيق هذه البيانات في مساحته الخاصة على جوالك، التي لا تصل إليها التطبيقات الأخرى، ولا يرسلها إلينا:

• بياناتك للمستندات: الاسم، والصفة (معلم أو معلمة)، والمدرسة، وإدارة التعليم، واسما قائد المدرسة والوكيل، والمنطقة والفصل الدراسي.
• فصولك وجدول حصصك، ومعرّفات مدرستي لفصولك وموادك، والحصص التي حُضّرت وعناوين دروسها، وآخر درس حُضّر لكل فصل، وتغييراتك على حصص الأسبوع، وخيارات «تحضير الأسبوع».
• قوائم الدروس التي قرأها من مدرستي، ورابط صفحة جدولك فيها (وفيه معرّف مدرستك في المنصة).
• تعديلاتك على نصوص الدروس، وإعداداتك.
• الشواهد: نسخ من الصور والملفات التي أضفتها مع وصفها، والشواهد النصية، وسجل بالمستندات التي أنشأتها يُضاف إلى شواهدك تلقائياً.
• ملفات PDF التي أنشأتها، ونسخ مؤقتة من الملفات التي اخترتها.
• ملف إعدادات يصف صفحات مدرستي، بلا أي بيانات عنك.
• ويحفظ متصفح التطبيق الداخلي بيانات المواقع المفتوحة فيه (انظر البند 6).

لا يحفظ التطبيق نفسه: كلمات المرور، ولا ما كتبته في صفحات مدرستي أو نور، ولا أسماء الطلاب أو درجاتهم أو سجلاتهم من المنصات. أما صور الشواهد فقد تُظهر طلاباً أو طالبات (انظر البند 9).

إن كان النسخ الاحتياطي في iCloud مفعّلاً، فقد ينسخ نظام الجوال بيانات التطبيق إلى حسابك أنت، لا إلينا.

4ما يخرج من جوالك، ولمن

• إلينا: طلب ملف الإعدادات، بلا بيانات عنك. عند فتح مدرستي يحمّل التطبيق ملف الإعدادات من mnsate.com، مرة واحدة على الأكثر في كل تشغيل. لا يحمل الطلب اسمك ولا حسابك ولا أي رقم يميّز جوالك. وكأي اتصال بالإنترنت، يصل إلى الخادم عنوان IP، واسم التطبيق وإصداره، ونوع النظام وإصداره، ولغة الجهاز، ليُسلَّم الملف فقط؛ لا نستخدمها لمعرفتك أو تتبّعك، ولا نربطها بك. وقد يحفظ مزوّد الاستضافة سجلات وصول عادية مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً لحماية الخادم فقط، ثم تُحذف. ويصل إلى خادمنا كذلك ما تفتحه بنفسك من صفحاتنا، مثل هذه الصفحة من الإعدادات.
• إلى المنصات الرسمية: عند فتح مدرستي أو نور، أو الدخول بحساب مايكروسوفت أو من صفحات الدخول الرسمية الأخرى، أو فتح أي موقع من روابطها، يتصل جوالك بها مباشرة كأي متصفح. ما تكتبه أنت أو يُدخله مساعد التحضير هناك يذهب إليها، وتنطبق عليه سياساتها.
• مزوّدو الخدمة: يُستضاف ملف الإعدادات وصفحاتنا لدى مزوّد استضافة، ويصلنا البريد عبر مزوّد بريد. ويعالجان البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط، ولهذه الأغراض وحدها.
• اتصال مشفّر: يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا وبمدرستي ونور عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
• لا شيء غير ذلك: لا أدوات تحليل، ولا تقارير أعطال، ولا إعلانات، ولا أي جهة أخرى. ولا نبيع بيانات ولا نشاركها.

5تسجيل الدخول وصفحات مدرستي

• تظهر صفحة الدخول الرسمية كما هي، ويُكتب فيها بريدك أو رقم جوالك وكلمة المرور بيدك أنت. لا نراها ولا نحفظها ولا نملؤها عنك.
• مساعد التحضير يعمل في صفحات مدرستي فقط، لا في نور ولا في أي موقع آخر. وفي صفحات الدخول التي تُكتب فيها كلمة المرور (مايكروسوفت، والنفاذ الوطني، والدخول الموحّد للوزارة) يتحقق من عنوان الصفحة فقط ثم يتوقف، فلا يقرأ منها شيئاً ولا يكتب فيها. وفي صفحة الدخول في مدرستي يكتفي بالتعرّف عليها، وينتظر دخولك.
• في صفحات مدرستي يقرأ ما يلزم للتحضير فقط: جدولك الأسبوعي وتواريخه، ومعلومات الحصة، وقوائم الدروس، والخيارات المتاحة للتحضير (كالأهداف والاستراتيجيات، وما في بنوك الواجبات والأنشطة والإثراءات والاختبارات)، ورسائل مدرستي بعد الحفظ. ويبقى ما يقرؤه على جوالك، إلا ما تختار مشاركته (البند 8).
• ولقراءة جدولك وقوائم الدروس قد يفتح مدرستك والجدول الأسبوعي وصفحة إعداد درس، دون حفظ أي شيء.
• لا يجمع ما كتبته في الخانات ولا يرسله، ولا يلمس خانات كلمة المرور ولا ملفات تعريف الارتباط.
• يكتب في خانات التحضير ويضغط الأزرار حصةً بعد حصة، بتمهّل كالتحضير اليدوي. ولا يبدأ الحفظ في مدرستي إلا بعد مراجعتك للحصص وضغطك على زر الحفظ، مثل «احفظ/احفظي ٨ حصص في مدرستي».

6ملفات تعريف الارتباط وبيانات المتصفح

متصفح التطبيق الداخلي (من نظام جوالك) يحفظ على جوالك، كأي متصفح، جلسة الدخول وملفات تعريف الارتباط وبيانات المواقع المفتوحة فيه (مدرستي ونور وصفحات الدخول، وأي موقع تفتحه من روابطها)، ونسخة مؤقتة من الصفحات التي تفتحها، وقد يكون منها صفحات فيها أسماء طلاب كالحضور والدرجات. بهذا لا يلزمك الدخول كل مرة. التطبيق لا يقرأ هذه البيانات ولا يرسلها لأحد، وتُزال كلها بحذف التطبيق. ونحن لا نضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا نستخدم أدوات تحليل.

7الأذونات، ولماذا

• الكاميرا: فقط عند الضغط على «صورة» لتصوير شاهد، أو عند اختيار التصوير حين تطلب صفحة في مدرستي أو نور رفع صورة.
• الصور: يُطلب الإذن عند أول ضغط على «من الألبوم» لاختيار صورة شاهد.
• الملفات: اختيار ملف بزر «ملف» لا يحتاج إذناً.
• لا يستخدم التطبيق الميكروفون ولا الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الإشعارات، ولا يطلب إذن التتبّع.

8المشاركة، بقرارك دائماً

• ملفات PDF تُنشأ على جوالك، ثم تظهر قائمة المشاركة لإرسالها إلى من شئت. فيها ما أدخلته من بياناتك (الاسم، والمدرسة، وإدارة التعليم، واسما القائد والوكيل)، وأسماء الفصول، وملاحظتك لأولياء الأمور إن كتبتها في الخطة الأسبوعية. وفي ملف الإنجاز أيضاً صور الشواهد ووصفها وأسماء ملفاتها، ويحمل اسمُ الملف اسمَك.
• النسخ يضع النص في الحافظة فقط، والتطبيق لا يقرأ الحافظة أبداً.
• «أبلغنا/أبلغينا عن مشكلة»: بعد موافقتك يجهّز التطبيق وصفاً لصفحة مدرستي المفتوحة: نوع الصفحة ومسارها وعنوانها (بعد حذف الأرقام الطويلة والمعرّفات)، وسبب التعثّر. وفي صفحات الجدول والتحضير يضيف: أسماء الخانات والأزرار ورموزها وتنسيقها وعدد الخيارات في كل قائمة، ونصوص الأزرار، والعناوين والكلمات الظاهرة قربها؛ وقد يكون منها اسم فصل أو مدرسة أو اسمك كما يظهر في الصفحة. لا يتضمن ما كتبته في الخانات ولا كلمة المرور. يُرسل عبر قائمة المشاركة إلى من شئت، ولا يُرسل تلقائياً؛ ولإرساله لنا يكفي اختيار البريد وكتابة عنواننا.
• «أرسل/أرسلي تعديلاتي»: يشارك نصوص الدروس التي عدّلتها، عبر قائمة المشاركة أيضاً، لنحسّن الدروس لكل المعلمين والمعلمات. وقد نضيف التعديل إلى دروس التطبيق دون ذكر اسمك.
• ما يصلنا منك بالبريد (عنوانك ورسالتك ومرفقاتها) نستخدمه فقط للرد عليك وإصلاح المشكلة وتحسين الدروس. لا نبيعه ولا نشاركه، ونحذفه متى طلبت، أو بعد 12 شهراً من آخر رد.

9الأطفال والطلاب

التطبيق للمعلمين والمعلمات، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال. ولا يقرأ من المنصات أسماء الطلاب ولا درجاتهم ولا سجلاتهم؛ يقرأ ما يلزم للتحضير فقط (انظر البند 5).

قد تُظهر صور الشواهد طلاباً أو طالبات؛ تبقى على جوالك ولا تصلنا. ويُستحسن تجنّب الوجوه والأسماء، واتباع تعليمات مدرستك عند مشاركتها.

10حذف بياناتك

• شاهد واحد: حذفه يحذف نسخة التطبيق من صورته أو ملفه، ويبقى الأصل في ألبومك أو ملفاتك.
• بيانات التطبيق: الإعدادات › بيانات هذا الجهاز › «احذف/احذفي كل البيانات من هذا الجهاز». يحذف بياناتك وفصولك وجدولك وخططك وإعداداتك وقائمة شواهدك من التطبيق؛ أما نسخ الصور والملفات، وملفات PDF المؤقتة، وملف الإعدادات، ودخولك وبيانات المواقع في متصفح التطبيق، فتبقى حتى حذف التطبيق.
• كل شيء نهائياً: حذف التطبيق من جوالك يزيل كل ما حفظه، بما فيه نسخ الصور والملفات وملفات PDF، وجلسة الدخول وبيانات المواقع في متصفح التطبيق.
• ما شاركته مع غيرك يبقى عندهم، والنسخ الاحتياطية في حسابك تُدار من إعدادات جوالك.
• لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، عدا رسائل البريد التي تصلنا منك (نحذفها متى طلبت، أو بعد 12 شهراً من آخر رد)، وسجلات الاستضافة القصيرة المذكورة في البند 4.

11التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إن تغيّر شيء في تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السريان أعلاه. وإن أضفنا يوماً ما يرسل بيانات عنك (مثل تقارير الأعطال)، نذكره هنا بوضوح، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل تفعيله، ونحدّث بيان الخصوصية في المتجر.

12حقوقك والتواصل

يمكن طلب نسخة مما وصلنا منك، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه، بالبريد، ونرد خلال 30 يوماً.

Mnsate is an independent app, not affiliated with the Ministry of Education or any platform it opens (Madrasati, Noor, iEN, Faris, Nomu, Classera); names belong to their owners.

2What the app does

• Opens Madrasati (schools.madrasati.sa, and external.madrasati.sa for schools abroad) and Noor (noor.moe.gov.sa) inside the app. You sign in yourself.
• With your confirmation, prepares the week's lessons in Madrasati through Madrasati's own pages, as you would by hand.
• Opens iEN (عين), Faris (فارس), Nomu (نمو) and Classera in your phone's browser, not inside the app.
• Creates PDFs on your phone: weekly plan, lesson prep, worksheets and exit tickets, curriculum distribution, and your portfolio.

3What is stored on your phone

The app keeps this in its own private storage on your phone, which other apps can't reach, and does not send it to us:

• Your details for documents: name, title (male or female teacher), school, education department, principal and deputy names, region and semester.
• Your classes and timetable, Madrasati's codes for your classes and subjects, which periods were prepared and their lesson titles, the last lesson prepared for each class, your changes to the week's periods, and your «تحضير الأسبوع» (Prepare the week) options.
• Lesson lists read from Madrasati, and the link to your schedule page there (it includes your school's ID on the platform).
• Your edits to lesson texts, and your settings.
• Evidence: copies of the photos and files you added with their descriptions, text-only evidence, and a record of the documents you created, added to your evidence automatically.
• PDFs you created, and temporary copies of files you picked.
• A settings file that describes Madrasati's pages, with no data about you.
• The app's built-in browser also keeps data for the sites opened in it (see section 6).

The app itself doesn't store: passwords, anything you type on Madrasati or Noor pages, or students' names, grades or records from the platforms. Evidence photos, though, may show students (see section 9).

If iCloud Backup is on, your phone may copy the app's data to your own account, not to us.

4What leaves your phone, and to whom

• To us: the settings-file request, with nothing about you. When you open Madrasati, the app downloads its settings file from mnsate.com, at most once each time the app runs. The request carries no name, account or device ID. Like any internet connection, our server receives your IP address, the app's name and version, your system type and version, and your device language, only to deliver the file. We don't use them to identify or track you, and we don't link them to you. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs for at most 30 days, only to protect the server; then they are deleted. Pages of ours that you open yourself, such as this policy from Settings, also reach our server.
• To the official platforms: when you open Madrasati or Noor, sign in with Microsoft or another official sign-in page, or open any site from their links, your phone talks to them directly, like any browser. What you, or the prep helper on your behalf, enter there goes to them, under their policies.
• Service providers: the settings file and our pages are served by a hosting provider, and email reaches us through an email provider. They process this data only on our behalf, and only for these purposes.
• Encrypted: the app connects to our server, Madrasati and Noor over HTTPS.
• Nothing else: no analytics, no crash reports, no ads, no other parties. We don't sell or share data.

5Sign-in and Madrasati pages

• The official sign-in page appears as it is, and you type your email or phone number and your password into it yourself. We never see, store or autofill them.
• The prep helper runs only on Madrasati pages, not on Noor or any other site. On the sign-in pages where you type your password (Microsoft, Nafath, the Ministry's single sign-on) it only checks the page's address and stops; it reads and fills nothing there. On Madrasati's own sign-in page it only recognises the page and waits for you to sign in.
• On Madrasati pages it reads only what preparation needs: your weekly table and its dates, period details, lesson lists, the prep options on offer (such as goals, strategies, and what the homework, activity, enrichment and test banks hold), and Madrasati's messages after saving. What it reads stays on your phone, except what you choose to share (section 8).
• To read your timetable and lesson lists it may open your school, the weekly table and a prep page, without saving anything.
• It never collects or sends what you type, and never touches password fields or cookies.
• It fills prep fields and taps buttons one period at a time, at a calm pace, as you would by hand. Saving in Madrasati starts only after you review the periods and tap the save button, such as «احفظ/احفظي ٨ حصص في مدرستي» (Save 8 periods in Madrasati).

6Cookies and browser data

The app's built-in browser (provided by your phone's system) keeps on your phone, like any browser, the sign-in session, cookies and site data of the sites opened in it (Madrasati, Noor, the sign-in pages, and any site you open from their links), and a cache of the pages you open, which may include pages with students' names such as attendance or grades. This way you don't have to sign in every time. The app doesn't read this data or send it anywhere, and deleting the app removes all of it. We set no cookies and use no analytics.

7Permissions, and why

• Camera: only when you tap «صورة» (Photo) to take an evidence photo, or when a Madrasati or Noor page asks you to upload a photo and you choose the camera.
• Photos: asked the first time you tap «من الألبوم» (From album) to pick an evidence photo.
• Files: picking a file with «ملف» (File) needs no permission.
• No microphone, location, contacts or notifications, and no tracking permission.

8Sharing, always your choice

• PDFs are created on your phone, then the share sheet appears so you can send them to anyone you choose. They contain the details you entered (name, school, education department, principal and deputy), class names, and your note to parents if you add one to the weekly plan. The portfolio also contains evidence photos, descriptions and file names, and its file name includes your name.
• Copy only puts text on the clipboard. The app never reads your clipboard.
• «أبلغنا/أبلغينا عن مشكلة» (Report a problem): with your consent, the app prepares a description of the open Madrasati page: the page type, its address path and title (long numbers and IDs removed), and what went wrong. On the timetable and prep pages it adds the names, codes and style classes of fields and buttons, how many options each list has, button captions, and headings and words shown near them, which may include a class or school name, or your name as shown on the page. It never includes what you typed in fields or your password. It goes through the share sheet to whoever you choose, never automatically. To send it to us, choose email and enter our address.
• «أرسل/أرسلي تعديلاتي» (Send my edits) shares the lesson texts you edited, also via the share sheet, so we can improve lessons for all teachers. We may add your edit to the app's lessons, without your name.
• What you email us (your address, message and attachments) is used only to reply, fix the problem and improve lessons. We don't sell or share it, and we delete it when you ask, or 12 months after our last reply.

9Children and students

The app is for teachers and is not directed at children. It reads no students' names, grades or records from the platforms, only what preparation needs (see section 5).

Evidence photos may show students; they stay on your phone and never reach us. Avoid faces and names, and follow your school's rules when sharing them.

10Deleting your data

• One evidence item: deleting it removes the app's copy of its photo or file; the original in your album or files stays.
• App data: Settings › «بيانات هذا الجهاز» › «احذف/احذفي كل البيانات من هذا الجهاز» (Delete all data from this device). This removes your details, classes, timetable, plans, settings and evidence list from the app. Photo and file copies, temporary PDFs, the settings file, and your sign-in and site data in the app's browser stay until you delete the app.
• Everything, for good: deleting the app removes everything it saved, including copies of photos and files, PDFs, and the sign-in and site data in the app's browser.
• Copies you shared stay with whoever received them; backups in your own account are managed in your phone's settings.
• We keep no data about you, except emails you send us (deleted when you ask, or 12 months after our last reply) and the short-lived hosting logs described in section 4.

11Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If we ever add anything that sends data about you (such as crash reports), we will say so clearly here, tell you in the app before it is turned on, and update the App Store privacy details.

12Your rights and contact

You can ask us by email for a copy of what we received from you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We reply within 30 days.
